My name is Kate Holmes and I am a Personal Trainer working from HunterFit in Bearsden. Whether you are looking to improve your general health and fitness or have a specific athletic goal in mind I am here to help.

The gym can feel like a daunting place, my approach is to put you at ease and show you what you are capable of. Strength training is for everyone and regardless of your experience I aim to push you to achieve your goals in a supportive and friendly environment.

When I am not coaching in the gym you may find me on the athletics track with Garscube Harriers or on the hockey pitch, playing for my local club Western Wildcats HC. As a former Scottish Hockey Internationalist I have a wealth of knowledge from my experiences in high performance sport and also completed a Masters in Human Nutrition at University of Glasgow in 2019.
